This book is unique. Its purpose is to provide insight and instruction on the relationships between pastors and their people, in the hopes of drawing them closer together and keeping the lines of communication open.

The book is divided in two sections. The first is written to pastors in the form of open letters. The sensitivity and frankness of these unsigned letters will surprise you. They are neither vague nor vindictive, but are written honestly and tenderly.

The second section is composed of three chapters written by expeerienced pastors about their calling and responsibilities.
